The ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker is characterized by a compact design – it occupies only one module on the TH35 rail. The rated current of 3A makes it suitable for protecting circuits with lower loads. Characteristic C provides delayed tripping with short-term overloads, which prevents unnecessary shutdowns caused, for example, by starting a motor. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity of 6kA (at 230V and 400V) guarantees safety in the event of a serious failure. This circuit breaker meets the requirements of IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards, confirming its compliance with applicable safety standards.

Construction and mounting

The construction of the ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker has been designed with ease of installation and convenience in mind. The ability to connect wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm² provides flexibility in choosing wires tailored to a specific application. A wide operating temperature range (-25°C to +55°C) allows it to be used in various environmental conditions. In addition, the circuit breaker has a protection degree of IP20, which means protection against touching with fingers and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12mm. The possibility of mounting additional auxiliary contacts and overcurrent releases increases the functionality of the device and allows it to be adapted to the specific needs of the installation.
