Its design based on AC technology ensures effective detection of alternating leakage currents, guaranteeing a quick response in case of a failure. In accordance with DIN VDE 0100-482 and IEC 60364-4-482 standards, RCDs with a differential current up to 300 mA are necessary for fire protection of cables and wires in TN and TT systems. In specific cases, such as infrared ceiling heaters, a differential current of 30 mA is required to ensure maximum safety.

The EFI-P2 AC 40/0.1 RCD is characterized by easy mounting on a DIN rail (width 2 modules) and a high degree of protection IP20. The test button allows regular checking of the RCD functionality, and the main contact position indicator facilitates identification of the device status (ON/OFF).
