Functionality and application

The SSQ 340 switch type I-0-II (network-generator) allows manual switching of the power supply between the mains and an alternative source (e.g., a generator). The "0" position provides complete disconnection of the load, which is particularly important during maintenance or service work. The ability to seal in the "I" or "II" positions guarantees additional security and prevents unauthorized changes to the settings. Thanks to this solution, in the event of a voltage drop in the mains, the power supply automatically switches to the second source, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation of devices.

Construction and parameters

The switch has been designed with durability and ease of installation in mind. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It accepts stranded conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 - 10 mm² and solid conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 - 16 mm², providing great flexibility in cable selection. The IP20 degree of protection protects against accidental contact and the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. It meets the requirements of the PN-IEC 60947-3 standard, confirming its compliance with European safety standards. The distance between contacts in the open state is greater than 3mm ensuring safety during operation.
