Surface-mounted distribution box – solid protection and aesthetic appearance

This metal surface-mounted distribution box, designed for mounting modular equipment, is a practical solution for both professionals and home users. It provides an appropriate degree of protection for electrical installations in residential and industrial buildings. Made of durable steel and coated with powder coating in white (RAL 9016), it looks aesthetic and ensures durability.

Functionality and safety

The WRP12-1 enclosure offers space for 12 modules, allowing for convenient placement of the necessary installation elements. It is standardly equipped with a rotating latch that secures access to the interior. For increased security, it is possible to replace the latch with a lock with a key (available separately), which is particularly useful in public places or where access restriction is required. The enclosure design has been enriched with embossments at the top and bottom, making it easier to introduce cables. Additionally, a depth of 120 mm provides comfortable space for routing cables, also under the TH35 mounting rail.

Installation and compliance with standards

The distribution box has mounting holes in the back wall, making it easy to securely mount. It meets the requirements of IP30 standard, which means protection against touching with a finger and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. Made of high-quality powder-coated steel guarantees resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage (IK08). Designed to operate in a temperature range from -25°C to +60°C. Protection class I ensures safety of use by connecting all conductive parts of the enclosure to the grounding system.
