Flat sealed half-coupling – a solid connection for installations

This half-coupling, made of carbon steel 1.0034 and externally galvanized, is a reliable element for creating tight and durable connections in installations. Designed for a diameter of 35 mm with a G1 1/2" thread, it will find application in both water and technical installations.

Construction and materials

The carbon steel used, type 1.0034, ensures resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Additionally, external galvanization increases resistance to weathering and extends the life of the element. A flat gasket guarantees a leak-proof connection, minimizing the risk of leaks.

Installation and safety

The half-coupling is designed for crimping installation, which ensures a durable and secure connection. A visual un-crimped ring allows for quick control of correct installation – if the ring has not been compressed during crimping, it means that the operation must be repeated. An LBP O-ring (available for diameters up to 54mm) provides additional protection against leaks. Installation requires the use of appropriate crimping tools for fittings.
