The CAJA 12M SCENIC distribution box is a solid and functional solution for the safe placement and protection of electrical components. It is suitable for both home installations and industrial or public utility facilities. Its versatility results from the possibility of configuration and a durable construction, making it a reliable element of any installation.

Construction and user features

The distribution box housing made of ABS provides high resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The IP66 protection class guarantees safe use even in harsh conditions, protecting against dust and water jets. The cover mounting with a stainless steel screw further protects against unauthorized access. Inside there are straight sockets with a rated current of 16A (3-pole) and 32A (3-pole) as well as four 230V sockets, allowing you to connect a wide range of devices. The sockets have an IP44 protection class.

With 12 modules, the distribution box offers sufficient space for mounting additional protection and control devices. The PG21 cable gland allows cables to be introduced into the housing in a sealed and aesthetic manner. The N and PE terminal block ensures correct connection of neutral and protective conductors.

Installation and wiring

The distribution box has been designed with easy installation and maintenance in mind. The solid construction and well-thought-out internal layout facilitate the installation of electrical components. Wiring should be done with H07V-K /LgY/450/750V cables with a cross-section of 32A/3p - 4mm² and 230V - 1.5 mm². This allows for the safe connection of devices with different power consumption.
