Electrical distribution box for versatile applications

The R-240 distribution box is a practical solution for safe and organized distribution of electrical energy. It is suitable for both domestic and industrial installations, providing reliable protection for connected circuits. The ABS plastic construction, combined with IP44-rated sockets, guarantees durability and resistance to environmental conditions.

Functionality and construction

The distribution box is designed for easy installation and maintenance. The housing with dimensions 248mm x 199mm x 95mm made of ABS provides solid protection for internal components. The metal screw cover fastening provides additional protection against accidental opening. The PG16 cable gland allows convenient introduction of cables into the distribution box. The terminal block is adapted for conductors with a cross-section of up to 10mm².

Inside there are two 16A 5-pole sockets and three 230V sockets, allowing connection of various energy consumers. Wiring for 16A/5p sockets requires the use of 2.5mm² H07V-K /LgY/450/750V cables, while for 230V sockets a cross-section of 1.5 mm² H07V-K /LgY/450/750V is sufficient. The IP56 protection class of the housing provides protection against water jets and dust.
