This staircase timer is a practical solution for automatic control of lighting in places such as stairwells, corridors or halls. It provides comfort and safety by keeping the light on for a specified time after pressing a momentary switch (bell). After the set time, the lighting will switch off automatically, and the possibility of re-activation remains available.

**Functionality and application

The device is designed to work with circuits with a voltage of 24V AC and a current of up to 10A. Thanks to the adjustable trigger delay in the range of 0.5 to 10 minutes, the lighting time can be adjusted to individual needs. The hermetic housing protects against moisture and dust, making the timer ideal for use indoors, as well as in places exposed to increased humidity. The connection diagram is adapted for both 3-wire and 4-wire installations.

**Construction features and mounting

The ASO-24 staircase timer is characterized by simple surface mounting. It is equipped with a connection cable with a length of 0.5 meters, which facilitates installation. The complete dimming function signals the approaching shutdown of the lighting. It should be remembered that the timer does not work with backlit switches. The maximum connection capacity for incandescent bulbs is 1500W, and for fluorescent lamps – up to 650VA (with DUO compensation).
