The BIS-413-LED-24V bistable relay is a switching element designed for mounting on a DIN rail, ideal for use in electrical installations where lighting or other devices need to be controlled from multiple points. Equipped with a timer, it offers additional functionality for automatically switching off the load after a set time. This model is particularly useful in applications where flexibility and remote control are needed.

Functionality and application

The relay allows you to switch on a receiver from many places with parallel-connected control buttons. A short press of the button turns on the load, which remains on until the button is pressed again or the set delay time expires (0.1 ÷ 0.2 s). A long press (minimum 2 seconds) permanently switches on the contact, which will only open after pressing the button again or losing the power supply. This allows both momentary and constant device control. The BIS-413-LED-24V relay is designed to work with circuits with a supply voltage of 9÷30 V AC/DC.

Characteristics and parameters

The relay is characterized by a maximum AC-1 load current of 16 A (with a short-term shock current of 160 A / 20 ms), which allows control of most standard receivers. Its compact design – it occupies only 1 module on a DIN rail – makes it easy to mount in electrical panels. It is important to remember that the BIS-413-LED-24V model does not work with backlit buttons due to the low supply voltage. The relay contact is adapted to work with receivers with a high starting current, such as LED fluorescent lamps or electronic transformers. The rated switching current is 8A.
