This PIR motion sensor from F&F is a reliable solution for automatic lighting control. Thanks to its high IP65 tightness, it is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use - under a canopy, on a facade, near a garage or in the garden. The use of PIR (infrared) technology ensures detection of warm objects, and adjustable parameters allow for precise adaptation to individual needs.

Functionality and adjustment

The DR-04W sensor offers a wide range of adjustments, making it a versatile tool in the hands of the installer and end user. The ability to set the twilight threshold (3-2000 lx) allows you to adjust the sensitivity to the lighting conditions of the environment. The adjustable hold time (from 5 seconds to 12 minutes) allows you to adjust the lighting time to specific needs. Additionally, the adjustable sensor head (rotation of 60° vertically and 180° horizontally) allows for precise aiming of the detection field.

Installation and technical parameters

Surface mounting is quick and easy. The sensor is designed for mounting at a height of 2.5 meters, and its detection range is up to 5 meters directly and to the side. The power supply is 195-265 V AC with a power consumption of only 0.5 W. The sensor load capacity is 5A (AC-1). Made of durable thermoplastic, it ensures durability and resistance to weather conditions. Thanks to its halogen-free construction, it is safe for the environment. It also has a stairwell monitoring function.

The wide detection angle (180 degrees) ensures coverage of a large area, and the adjustable sensitivity allows you to adapt it to different environmental conditions and avoid false alarms. The hermetic housing (IP65) guarantees protection against moisture and dust, allowing installation outdoors. Adjustable switch-on time allows you to adjust the lighting time to the user's needs, and simple surface mounting ensures quick installation without the need to interfere with the electrical installation. Low power consumption reduces energy consumption, and the stairwell monitoring function expands the scope of application of the device.
