The sensor detects sources of infrared radiation. It analyzes parameters such as the size of the object, the amount of heat emitted and the speed of movement between individual detection sectors. Movement in the detection field automatically turns on the lighting for the time set by the user. After this time, the lighting will be turned off automatically. The motion sensor is equipped with a twilight switch that prevents switching on the controlled lighting during the day. DR can work indoors and outdoors in places where it is not exposed to direct rain or snowfall, and where it is not exposed to water or other liquid splashing around the sensor housing and its electrical connection points.
