This 12V DC 10W switching power supply is an ideal solution for powering LED lighting, especially in flush-mounted installations. Its compact dimensions (48 x 43 x 20 mm) allow for easy mounting in standard flush-mounted boxes with a diameter of 60mm. The use of switching technology translates into high efficiency - up to 82% - which means lower energy losses and lower operating costs.

Functionality and safety

The power supply is characterized by a stabilized output voltage (10.8…13.8 V) and adjustment capabilities, which provides optimal operating conditions for connected LEDs. Thanks to this, even with fluctuations in the mains voltage (180…264 V AC), the lighting will operate stably and without flickering. Built-in overload protection (140-160% of the output current) and overheating protection (135-150°C) protect both the power supply itself and the devices connected to it. The inrush current at 40A (at 230V AC) allows for trouble-free starting of even a larger number of LEDs simultaneously.

Mounting and connections

The power supply is adapted for mounting on a rail, which facilitates its integration with the existing electrical infrastructure. It uses screw connections with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², providing a safe and durable connection of wires (tightening torque 0.4 Nm). The IP20 protection class indicates the possibility of use in dry indoor environments. The leakage current at 1 mA (at 230 V AC) meets the required safety standards. The power supply operates in a wide temperature range from -20°C to +35°C, ensuring reliable operation in various environmental conditions.
