This three-channel mH-LED-2 LED dimmer module from F&F is a component of the F&Home building automation system, designed for smooth adjustment of light intensity in low-voltage (12 V DC) lighting. It is ideal for controlling single-color LED light sources such as LED strips, tapes, or hoses. Mounting is done on a standard DIN rail (TH-35), which facilitates integration with the existing electrical installation.

Functionality and application

The mH-LED-2 module offers three independent output channels, allowing control of three sections of LED lighting or three different light sources. It has three local inputs for connecting momentary push buttons – a short press turns the light on/off, and a longer press allows for smooth brightness adjustment. Additionally, each channel can be controlled independently via the F&Home touch panel. This solution provides great flexibility in creating lighting scenes and adapting the lighting to individual needs.

Integration with the F&Home system and safety

Communication with control devices is via the CAN bus. It is important to remember that the module requires connection to an external 12 V DC power supply with a power rating appropriate for the LED load. The IP20 protection class provides basic protection against dust, but does not protect against moisture – the module is intended for installation in dry rooms.
