Liquid level control relay PZ-829 RC B two-state, with sensitivity adjustment, without probes, 2x1P contacts, I=2x16A, 3 modules PZ-829RC-B
The PZ-829 relay is a reliable device designed to monitor the level of conductive liquids, such as water in tanks, septic tanks, or pumping stations. It is used to detect the minimum and maximum liquid level, allowing for automatic control of pumps, valves, or other devices. Thanks to adjustable sensitivity, it can be adapted to different types of liquids and operating conditions.
Functionality and application
This relay finds wide application in both domestic and industrial installations. It is ideal for automatic rainwater drainage systems, liquid level control in industrial tanks, and alarm systems informing about too low or high liquid levels. The two-state operation (min/max) provides flexibility and the ability to adapt to specific user needs.
The relay's construction is based on the use of float switches, which conduct electricity when immersed in a liquid. A change in the conductivity of the probe causes the relay contacts to switch, enabling control of connected devices. Sensitivity adjustment allows for precise setting of the liquid level detection threshold, eliminating the risk of false alarms or incorrect system operation. The relay is mounted on a standard 35mm rail and occupies 3 modules – making it easy to integrate with the existing electrical installation.
Worth knowing: The relay works with PZ2 probes (available separately), which are characterized by high corrosion resistance and long life. The ability to connect probes up to 100m long provides great freedom in the placement of the measurement system elements.
