Expansion module for controlling blinds, shutters and gates

This motor module, designated mH-E16-2, is an extension of the F&Home building automation system. It is designed to control motors for blinds, shutters, gates and awnings. It is a Level 2 device that works with the base module mH-E16-1, allowing the installation to be expanded and more devices to be supported. Thanks to CAN bus communication, it ensures full integration with the system and other actuator modules.

Functionality and application

The mH-E16-2 module allows you to control up to 16 motors – both external blinds (including anti-burglary) powered by 230V or 24V, as well as vertical and horizontal blinds. Control is done using monostable buttons connected to 32 binary inputs. Signals from the buttons are transmitted to relay modules, which control the power supply to the motors. Directional control is possible – up/down or left/right. The module communicates with touch panels via the CAN bus, enabling remote control and programming of scenarios.

Construction and mounting

The mH-E16-2 module is mounted on a DIN rail (TH-35) and occupies 6 modules. It is powered by a 24 V DC voltage. It has an LED indicator signaling its operation. It provides safe low-voltage control (24V), which allows for flexible placement of control buttons in the building. Thanks to LEVEL 2 addressing, this module enables unambiguous signal identification in expanded F&Home installations.
