CZF-311 is a reliable phase failure sensor designed to protect three-phase powered electric motors. The device monitors the presence of voltage in each phase and detects voltage asymmetry, protecting the motor from damage in case of power supply irregularities. Thanks to its compact size (1 module) it is easy to mount on a standard 35mm rail.
Functionality and application
This single-pole (1P) sensor, with a load current of up to 10A, is ideal for use in industrial and commercial installations. It provides effective protection against the effects of phase loss or voltage asymmetry, which can lead to motor overheating and failure. The adjustable operating threshold (165-180V) allows you to adjust the device's sensitivity to specific installation operating conditions. The built-in time delay (4 seconds) minimizes the risk of unnecessary motor shutdown during temporary voltage drops.
Construction and characteristic features
CZF-311 is distinguished by its solid construction and ease of installation. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Electrical connection is made using screw terminals, which facilitates the connection of wires with a cross-section of up to 2.5mm². The operating status is indicated by three green LEDs indicating the presence of power in each phase. The device does not require an external power source, which simplifies installation and reduces operating costs. Additionally, the sensor has a built-in phase sequence control, increasing the safety of the entire system.
