This two-channel, multifunctional radio relay FW-R2D-P is a solution for demanding installations where reliability and flexibility are paramount. Designed for mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail, it offers a wide range of control options, both remote via the F&Wave system and local. It is ideal for modern homes and commercial buildings where user comfort goes hand in hand with functionality.

Functionality and versatility in one module

The FW-R2D-P relay is not only standard on and off switching of a load. Thanks to various operating modes – bistable, timed, monostable and simple on/off modes – you can adapt it to the specific needs of each application. The ability to program the operating time (from 1 second to 48 hours) opens up new perspectives in automation. Two independent NO output contacts with a load capacity of 16A (AC-1) each provide a high degree of freedom in circuit configuration.

• Bistable: one press turns on, the second turns off – ideal for controlling lighting or devices requiring state switching.
• Timed: operation for a specified time, with the possibility of restarting from the beginning – useful for controlling ventilation or heating.
• Monostable: operation only while holding the button on the remote control – perfect for garage doors or blinds.
• On/Off: simple device state control.
• Signal retransmission: increases the range of the F&Wave system by forwarding the signal through successive modules.

Construction and installation – durability and ease of installation

The housing made of thermoplastic provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Mounting on a TH-35 DIN rail is quick and intuitive, and screw terminals make it easy to connect wires with a cross-section of up to 2.5 mm². Compact dimensions (1 module – 18 mm wide) allow for efficient use of space in the switchgear cabinet. The power supply in the range of 85÷265 V AC/DC guarantees compatibility with various electrical systems. Additionally, the module has thermal protection to protect against overload. The IP20 degree of protection ensures safe use in normal operating conditions.
