Roller shutter controller STR-421 is a device designed for convenient control of roller shutters (up-down) or other electrically powered drives operating on alternating current. It will be suitable for both home installations and commercial facilities where reliability and ease of use are required.

This two-button controller, mounted on a standard 35 mm rail, offers flexibility in configuration. It can be used as a standalone device for one roller shutter, but also connected in groups, creating a central control system for multiple roller shutters simultaneously. Functionality and application

The STR-421 controller allows control using standard momentary switches (e.g. doorbell switches). When a pulse is applied to the control input, the roller shutter motor starts for a programmed time, allowing it to be fully raised or lowered. Thanks to this, you can precisely set the position of the roller shutter – stop it at any point, not only at the end positions. Motor operation is signaled by LED indicators showing the direction of movement (up/down). The device's power supply is signaled by a green LED.

Construction and features

Made of durable thermoplastic material, the controller is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage. The halogen-free material ensures safe use. Compact dimensions (1 module – 18 mm wide) allow for easy mounting in a distribution box. Overload protection up to 300W and a maximum AC-3 load current of 1.5A guarantee safe operation of the device with various types of roller shutter motors. The controller has screw terminals 2.5 mm² with a tightening torque of 0.4 Nm, which facilitates the connection of wires. Power consumption is only 1W, which translates to low energy consumption.
