Temperature controller RT-820 – precise control for comfort

The RT-820 temperature controller is a reliable device designed to control heating and ventilation systems. It ensures maintaining the set temperature in the room, which translates to user comfort and potential energy savings. Functionality and application

The controller operates on a simple but effective mechanism. Until the set temperature is reached, the relay switches on the heating device. Once the desired value is reached, it switches over and the heating device is switched off – or the ventilation device is switched on. A drop in temperature below the set threshold (hysteresis) causes the heating to be switched on again. This cycle ensures a stable temperature in the room.

Construction features and operating parameters

Operation with a voltage of 230V AC and a switching rated current of up to 16A make the controller compatible with most standard electrical installations. The included temperature probe (RT) allows for precise measurement of the ambient temperature, and its KTY 81-210 sensor offers a wide measurement range (-50°C to 130°C). The operating status is indicated by LEDs – green indicates power supply, red informs about the status of the heating/ventilation device.
