Temperature controller for precise control

This temperature controller RT-822-24V is a reliable device designed to control heating or ventilation systems. It ensures maintaining the set temperature in rooms, both in industrial and domestic applications. DIN rail mounting simplifies integration with the existing electrical installation. The controller is supplied with a probe, allowing for accurate temperature measurement and effective system operation.

Functionality and application

The device operates in a temperature range of 30°C to 60°C, making it an ideal solution for underfloor heating, radiator systems or ventilation control. A NO/NC switching contact with a capacity of 16A at 230V AC allows controlling various electrical devices. The controller works simply: until the set temperature is reached, the relay contact switches on the heating device. Once the temperature is reached, the heating device is switched off or the ventilation is switched on - depending on the configuration. Hysteresis adjustable in the range of 0.5÷3°C allows for precise adjustment of the controller's operation to specific needs.

Construction and mounting

The controller occupies 2 modules on a DIN rail (35 mm), providing compact dimensions and easy mounting in electrical distribution boards. Screw terminals with a cross-section of 4.0 mm² guarantee safe and stable electrical connections. The housing with a protection degree of IP20 protects against touch and ensures safe operation in dry rooms. 24V AC power supply makes the controller compatible with various control and building automation systems. Additionally, LEDs indicate the power supply status and the device's operating status, facilitating diagnostics and control over the system.
