Temperature transmitter with voltage output 0÷10 V (at-1u-ds) Max-AT-1U-DS MAX-AT-1U-DS
Temperature transmitter with voltage output 0÷10 V
The MAX-AT-1U transmitter is designed for precise temperature measurement using an external sensor. It converts the sensor's resistance into a standard voltage signal in the range of 0÷10 V, enabling easy integration with various control and monitoring systems. This is particularly useful in industrial applications, HVAC systems, and laboratories where reliable and accurate temperature control is required.
Versatile application and easy integration
The transmitter is characterized by a modular design, which simplifies its installation and configuration. Thanks to the measurement range from -50°C to 120°C, it can be used in a wide spectrum of applications. The 0÷10 V output signal is compatible with most data acquisition systems and PLC controllers, simplifying the integration process. It should be noted to limit the length of signal wires to 20 meters to maintain measurement accuracy.
Solid construction and reliability
The device operates in an ambient temperature range from -25°C to 50°C, ensuring its stability in various environmental conditions. Mounting on a DIN rail (35 mm) and compact dimensions (1 module – 18 mm) facilitate installation in control cabinets and switchgear. Power consumption at 0.8 W minimizes the impact on energy consumption in the system. The transmitter works with resistive temperature sensors of the KTY81-210 type or similar, as well as dedicated RT or RT2 probes from F&F Filipowski (available separately).
- Wide measurement range: from -50°C to 120°C allows for use in various environments and applications.
- Standard output signal: 0÷10 V ensures compatibility with most control and data acquisition systems.
- Modular design: simplifies installation and configuration of the device.
- Compact dimensions: 1 module (18 mm) allow for mounting in limited spaces.
- Compatibility with popular sensors: compatible with KTY81-210 sensors and F&F RT/RT2 probes.
- Operating temperature range: -25°C to 50°C ensures stable operation in various environmental conditions.
The transmitter is powered by a DC voltage in the range of 9 to 30 V DC, providing flexibility in choosing a power source. The transmitter does not have built-in configuration functions or a binary output, focusing on precise measurement and converting the temperature signal to an analog voltage.
