This ten-function time relay PCS-516 DUO is a versatile device that will work in both industrial and home installations. Its universality results from a wide range of functions, the possibility of powering with 230V AC or 24V AC/DC and flexible control options using START and RESET inputs. DIN rail mounting makes it easy to integrate with existing systems.

Functions and Application

The PCS-516 DUO relay offers 10 different operating modes, including delayed switching on and off, cyclic functions and pulse generation. This allows for precise control of various circuits – from ventilation and heating to lighting and signaling systems. START and RESET inputs provide additional control over the device's operation, enabling remote control and resetting of settings.

Thanks to the wide time range – from 0.1 seconds to 24 days – the relay can be used in applications requiring both short delays and long-term cycles. Smooth time adjustment in the set range ensures precision of operation.

Technical Characteristics and Construction

The relay is characterized by a compact design (1 module – 18 mm wide) and high reliability. It has a switching contact with a load capacity of 8A at 250V AC, which allows for controlling various types of loads – from traditional light bulbs (up to 1500W) to fluorescent lamps (up to 650VA with DUO compensation). LED signaling (green for power, red for contact status) makes it easy to monitor the device's operation. Screw terminals with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² ensure safe and durable electrical connections. The device operates at a temperature of -25°C to +50°C and has a protection class of IP20.
