The AWZ-30 dusk-to-dawn sensor is a reliable solution for automating outdoor and indoor lighting. Thanks to the built-in light sensor, the device automatically turns on the lights after dark and turns them off at dawn. This is an ideal solution for ensuring comfort and safety, as well as saving energy. The construction in a hermetic housing integrated with a connection box IP65 guarantees resistance to weather conditions and ensures safe operation in difficult conditions.

Functionality and application

The sensor is designed to control street lighting, squares, exhibitions, advertisements, as well as in agricultural and residential buildings. Its versatility makes it suitable for both private and commercial installations. Thanks to the adjustable brightness threshold for switching on (2-1000 lx) and off (2-1000 lx), the sensitivity of the device can be adjusted to individual needs. The on (10 s) and off (20 s) delays minimize unnecessary switching of the lights on/off with momentary changes in light intensity.

Solid construction and parameters

The device is made of durable thermoplastic material, which ensures its durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The housing with a protection class of IP65 guarantees tightness against dust and moisture, allowing installation outdoors. The relay output element with one normally open (NO) contact allows controlling a load up to 30A (maximum switching power of 7200W for resistive loads and 400W for LED). The halogen-free material of construction increases safety. A wide range of operating temperatures (-25°C to +50°C) enables the device to be used in various climatic conditions. Surface mounting simplifies installation and integration with existing electrical infrastructure.
