Valve control module – independence and precision in the heating system

The mH-V8 module is an eight-channel actuator designed to control solenoid valves in heating systems. Its main advantage is the ability to work with mH-S8 temperature sensor modules, creating an autonomous control system that operates independently of the main touch panel. This solution is ideal for installers who want to provide customers with flexibility and reliability.

The module occupies 5 modules on a DIN rail, allowing for easy integration with an existing distribution board. 230 VAC power supply ensures compatibility with most standard electrical installations. The use of semiconductor elements instead of traditional relays guarantees high durability and trouble-free operation.

Functionality and application

The mH-V8 module is designed to control solenoid valves in heating circuits, most often installed on manifolds. Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the setpoint value both continuously and stepwise, it allows for precise adjustment of the temperature in individual rooms. The valve protection function additionally protects the installation from damage. The maximum output current of 4A and the switching current of 0.5A (resistive load) ensure compatibility with a wide range of solenoid valves available on the market.

Safety and compliance

The mH-V8 module has a protection class of IP20, which means protection against touching with fingers and against the ingress of solid objects with a diameter of more than 12.5 mm. It also has a valve protection function, which protects the installation from damage caused by malfunctioning solenoid valves. With the bus connector, it ensures easy integration with other devices of the F&Home system.
