Functionality and configuration options

The device offers a wide range of configuration options, including programming via NFC using smartphones with Android and iOS systems. Thanks to this, the clock settings can be easily adapted to individual needs and location. Manual control allows for momentary switching on or off of the circuit without affecting the programmed schedule. Additionally, the clock has a time correction function and automatic changeover from winter to summer time, ensuring reliable operation throughout the year.

Programming and operation:

• NFC: Quick and intuitive configuration using a smartphone with Android or iOS and the dedicated PCZ Configurator application (available on Google Play).
• Automatic mode: Automatic operation according to programmed on and off points, calculated based on the position of the sun.
• Semi-automatic mode: Operation opposite to automatic – the contact is off at night and on during the day, until the next automatic cycle.
• Manual control: Possibility of momentary switching on or off of the circuit without interfering with the programmed schedule.
• Time correction: Monthly correction of the system clock seconds to maintain accuracy.

Construction and technical parameters

The PCZ-524.4 clock has been designed for easy mounting on a standard 35 mm rail and is characterized by its compact dimensions (2 modules). Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation even in difficult environmental conditions (-20°C to +50°C). The relay output element with a maximum load of 16A and a 1xNO/NC contact configuration guarantee compatibility with various types of loads. The power supply 24÷264 V AC/DC provides a wide range of applications. The built-in lithium battery type 2032 ensures power reserve for up to 6 years, protecting the settings from loss in the event of a power failure. The IP20 protection class provides basic protection against touch and dust.

The device operates at a supply voltage of 24÷264 V AC/DC, and the maximum load current is 16 A. The contact configuration is 1 × NO/NC. The clock uses a lithium battery type 2032 providing power reserve for up to 6 years. The operating temperature is in the range of -20÷50°C, and the dimensions of the device are 2 modules (35 mm). The protection class is IP20. Screw terminals with a cross-section of 4.0 mm² requiring a tightening torque of 0.5 Nm are used to connect the wires. The power consumption of the device is only 1.5 W, which translates to low energy consumption.
