This 4-channel pulse counter, designed for DIN rail mounting, is a reliable solution for precise pulse counting in various industrial and building applications. Functionality and application

The counter is designed to count pulses generated by various types of sensors and meters. Thanks to four independent channels, it can simultaneously monitor several parameters. A wide input voltage range (9…30 V DC) ensures compatibility with many types of signals. The ability to program the edge direction (rising or falling) and the signal level (high or low) increases the device's flexibility and allows it to be adapted to specific application needs. The function of clearing the counter status for each channel facilitates calibration and servicing.

Construction and characteristic features

The device occupies only one module on the DIN rail, which saves space in control cabinets. The digital measuring mechanism guarantees high counting accuracy, and the 9-digit display allows reading even very large values. The module has configurable pulse counting options and the possibility of using the counting input as a digital input DI. Power supply in the range of 9-30V DC ensures wide compatibility with available voltage sources. The module design allows for connection in both separate and common power supply systems.

Good to know: The counter has a function of automatic reset after reaching the maximum number of pulses, which prevents interruptions in measurement and ensures data continuity.
