• Construction: The inner corrugated tube made of stainless steel 1.4541 is protected by an external stainless steel 1.4301 braided mesh, which protects against mechanical damage. The whole is covered with a PVC jacket with a thickness of 0.5-1 mm, providing additional protection and durability.
• Connections: The hose is equipped with movable nuts with seals at both ends – a swivel nut G1/2” and a swivel connection nut Rp1/2”. These allow for easy and safe installation without the need for additional tools.
• Operating parameters: The maximum working pressure is 0.5 bar, and the operating temperature is 60°C. The hose has an unlimited bending radius according to PN-EN 14800, which facilitates adaptation to various installation configurations.
• Safety: The hose is characterized by high fire resistance (650°C / 30min) and a fire reaction class of B-s1,d0. It has a certificate of conformity with EN-14800 No. E-30-00401-10 and a declaration of conformity No. 1/2010/FPGS issued by Strojirensky Zakusebni Ustav s. p. Brno – Czech Republic. The CE marking confirms compliance with European standards of quality and safety.
• Available lengths: Available in lengths of 0.5 m, 0.75 m (version offered), 1.0 m, 1.25 m, 1.5 m and 2.0 m, allowing you to choose the right size for specific installation needs.
