Manifold for heating installations – precision and durability

This 11-way Ferro manifold, made of stainless steel INOX, is a key element of an efficient heating system. Designed for both underfloor heating and traditional radiator installations, it ensures optimal heat distribution and user comfort. The solid construction made of high-quality materials guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation, and the well-thought-out solutions facilitate installation and maintenance.

Construction and functionality

The manifold is equipped with two 1-inch diameter bars made of AISI 304 stainless steel – a material resistant to corrosion and ensuring durability. The supply bar features flow meters, allowing precise flow regulation in each heating circuit. The return bar has thermostatic valves with knobs for manual adjustment, which can be equipped with thermostatic heads for automatic temperature control. Additionally, the manifold has automatic air vents and rotating drain valves, making maintenance and air removal from the installation easier. The set also includes G1/2 x G3/4 nipples for connecting multilayer pipes. The whole is stabilized by solid steel brackets with vibration-damping insulation.

Technical specifications

The manifold is designed to work with water or glycol solutions (up to 50%). The maximum operating temperature is 70°C, and the maximum pressure is 0.6 MPa. The flow meters are characterized by a measurement range of 0.5 – 5 l/min at a pressure drop of 1 bar (for water) and 0.51 m3/h (for glycol solution). The center distance between the bars is 235 mm and the connection distance is 50 mm. The dimensions of the manifold are 420 x 610 x 74 mm.
