Flush-mounted ball valve, nut-to-nut with lever and cover plate, 1/2 inch, F-Power KFP1D
Ball valve for water and heating installations
This flush-mounted ball valve with lever and rosette, designed for nut-to-nut connections, is a reliable solution for controlling fluid flow in installations. Made of high-quality brass, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its full-bore design minimizes pressure loss, resulting in efficient system operation.
The valve is compatible with various media – water, glycol (up to 50% concentration) and compressed air. It will work in both water supply installations and central heating systems. Thanks to the use of CW617N-4MS brass with reduced lead and nickel content, the valve meets stringent hygiene standards and is safe for health.
Design and application
The valve is designed for easy flush-mounting. Equipped with internal BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) threads with a diameter of 1/2 inch (15 mm), it allows for quick and tight connection with pipes of a similar diameter. The lever provides convenient operation, and the included rosette aesthetically masks the mounting elements.
The use of PTFE (Teflon) seals guarantees tightness and long-term trouble-free operation. An additional gland allows for compensation of clearances, which increases the precision of flow control. The valve operates in a wide temperature range – from -30°C to +120°C – and at a nominal pressure of PN 32 (maximum working pressure 30 bar).
