Ball valve for water installations – reliability and hygiene

This draw-off ball valve with a metal connector is a solid solution for precise flow control in domestic and industrial installations. Made of high-quality CW617N-4MS brass, it ensures long-term reliability and corrosion resistance. The use of the valve in drinking water systems is safe, thanks to NICKEL FREE technology – the surface in contact with water is not nickel-plated.

The valve is characterized by easy installation and operation, and the metal lever provides a secure grip and smooth opening/closing. Thanks to the nominal diameter of 1/2 inch (DN15), it is ideal for standard plumbing installations. The integrated throttle allows for precise flow regulation, which is particularly useful in systems powering devices sensitive to pressure changes.

Construction and materials – a guarantee of durability

The valve body and ball are made of brass, ensuring resistance to high pressure (up to 10 bar) and temperature (up to 100°C). PTFE ball and stem seals guarantee tightness and minimize the risk of leaks. The CW617N-4MS brass used to produce the body is characterized by a reduced lead and nickel content, meeting the latest hygiene standards. ABT (Advanced Body Technology) combines advanced design and material solutions, increasing the quality and durability of the product.

The valve has external tapered BSPP threads with diameters of 3/4 inch (20 mm) at one end and 1/2 inch (15 mm) at the other, making it easy to integrate with the existing installation. A metal hose connector increases the versatility of the valve.
