Mixing group for manifold – effective temperature reduction in heating systems

The GM1F-WP mixing group is a ready-made solution for lowering the temperature of the heating medium in underfloor heating systems. The device is designed to work with manifolds with a standard connection spacing and pumps with a height of 130 mm. Its compact design allows for direct mounting to most manifolds available on the market, which simplifies and speeds up installation.

Construction and application

The mixing group consists of a four-way thermostatic valve, which enables precise temperature regulation in the range of 25°C to 50°C. It is also equipped with a thermometer indicating the temperature of the heating medium (measurement range 0-80°C) and a manual air vent, which allows for effective removal of air from the pump. The set includes half-couplings for a pump with a spacing of 1 1/2” and connections to the manifold with an o-ring seal, ensuring the tightness and reliability of the connections.

The device is ideal for installations where underfloor heating covers one level of the building, allowing independent temperature regulation in the floor zone compared to the rest of the installation. This allows you to optimize thermal comfort and reduce the operating costs of the heating system.
