Angle valves for boiler – reliable regulation and safety

This set of two angle ball valves is designed for installation in single-function boilers. It provides precise control of hot water flow and safe operation of the heating system. The set includes a ball valve with a half-union and a ball valve with a filter and check valve, guaranteeing comprehensive protection of the installation.

Construction and materials – durability for years

The set is made of high-quality CW617N – 4MS brass, with reduced nickel and lead content, making it durable and environmentally friendly. This brass is characterized by high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage, ensuring long-term reliability. The ball and stem seals are made of PTFE, and the flat seal of EPDM – materials resistant to high temperatures and pressure. The filter in one of the valves is made of stainless steel, effectively trapping impurities and protecting the boiler from damage. A movable nut facilitates the assembly and disassembly of installation devices, providing access to the sealing surface.

Functionality and operating parameters

The valves have a butterfly-type metal handle, which allows for convenient and precise control of the medium flow. The set is suitable for operation with water and 50% glycol. The maximum operating temperature is 100°C, and the nominal pressure is 10 bar – parameters typical for most domestic heating installations. The presence of a throttling device allows for accurate balancing of the hydraulic circuit. The lack of a pressure gauge/manometer does not affect the functionality of the set in standard heating applications.
