Angular valve set for a 2-function boiler – reliability and easy installation

This set of angular ball valves is designed for installation in 2-function boilers, providing precise flow control and safety for the entire heating system. The set includes four valves – KFM1SGPK (DN15), KFM2SGPK (DN20), KFMF1SGK (DN15 with filter) and KFMFZZ2SGK (DN20 with filter and check valve). The set is designed for easy assembly and disassembly, which will be appreciated by both professional installers and those who install it themselves.

Construction and materials

The valves are made of high-quality CW617N - 4MS brass with reduced nickel and lead content, which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The balls and valve bodies are also made of brass, while the ball and stem seals are made of PTFE, and the flat seals are made of EPDM. The filters in the KFMF1SGK and KFMFZZ2SGK models are made of stainless steel, effectively stopping impurities and protecting the boiler from damage. Butterfly handles provide convenient and secure valve operation.

Functionality and application

This set is widely used in central heating and domestic hot water systems in residential and commercial buildings. The presence of a filter in selected models increases the boiler's lifespan by protecting it from sediment and impurities. The check valve in the KFMFZZ2SGK model prevents water from flowing back, which is particularly important in systems supplied with mains water. Thanks to the restrictors, the valves allow for precise adjustment of the medium flow to the needs of the installation. The set is designed to operate at a nominal pressure of 10 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 100°C. The movable nut facilitates access to the connection surface during installation, as well as subsequent servicing.
