Flexible connection for demanding installations

This hose with a stainless steel braid is a reliable solution for connections in heating, air conditioning and water systems. Made of high-quality stainless steel 306L (1.4404) with an inner hose made of EPDM, it provides durability and corrosion resistance. The galvanized steel braid further strengthens the construction, protecting against mechanical damage.

The hose is suitable for use with glycol (up to 50% concentration) and ethanol, which expands its range of applications. It can be used in chilled water, central heating water and domestic hot water installations – all at a maximum medium temperature of 110°C. This makes it suitable for both domestic and industrial installations.

Construction and application

The hose has internal and external threads with a diameter of 1/2 inch, which facilitates installation and connection to other installation elements. The straight shape of the connection outlets provides convenience during installation. The hose length is 50 cm, allowing for precise adjustment to the needs of a specific application. The use of gaskets guarantees a tight connection.

This hose model is characterized by high flexibility, which makes it easier to route in tight spaces and bypass obstacles. This is particularly important during the modernization of existing installations or in the case of complex piping systems. It is worth remembering that the hose is not intended for use with oil or drinking water. The maximum working pressure is 16 bar, and the manufacturing tolerance is +/- 2.5%.
