Dirt separator – protection and efficiency of the installation

This dirt separator, equipped with integrated insulation, is a key element of every modern heating and cooling installation. Its task is to remove harmful contaminants such as rust, sand or sediment, which can negatively affect the performance and lifespan of the entire system. The design based on the principle of magnetic force and partial and full flow sedimentation ensures effective capture of both magnetic and mechanical particles.

Design and application

The XStream Clean separator has been designed with ease of installation and maintenance in mind. A connection with an external cylindrical gas thread (BSPP) with a diameter of 1 inch (DN20) allows for quick and reliable connection to the installation. The ability to rotate the connection by 360 degrees significantly facilitates adaptation to existing mounting conditions. The housing made of brass guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, and the integral insulation minimizes heat loss. The device works perfectly in both open and closed systems, as well as in solar installations (although it is not dedicated to them). Designed to operate at temperatures from -10°C to 120°C and at a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.

Operating modes and benefits for the user

XStream Clean offers unique ECO/MAX operating modes, adapting the flow through the separator to the current needs of the installation. In ECO mode, part of the flow is directed through the separator, which saves energy. MAX mode, on the other hand, directs the entire flow through the device, increasing the efficiency of dirt separation. An integrated service indicator informs about the need to inspect the installation. Thanks to this, the separator not only protects against failures, but also helps maintain optimal performance of the heating or cooling system – translating into lower operating costs and longer component life. The manufacturer's warranty is as long as 15 years, which proves the high quality of the product and confidence in its reliability.
