Dirt separator with integrated insulation – protection and efficiency of the installation

This dirt separator, made of brass, is a key element of every modern heating and cooling installation. Its task is to remove harmful impurities from the water, such as rust, sand or sediment, which can negatively affect the operation of the boiler, pumps and other system components. The XStream Clean separator is characterized by a unique design that combines several functions. Equipped with a cylindrical BSPP-G internal gas thread with a diameter of 1 inch (DN25), it ensures a tight and durable connection with the remaining elements of the installation. The ability to rotate 360 degrees makes installation easier even in tight spaces. The built-in drain valve allows for easy emptying of the separator during servicing. The device works perfectly in both open and closed systems, as well as in solar installations (although it is not dedicated to them). Designed to operate at temperatures from -10°C to 120°C and at a working pressure of up to 10 bar.

Operating modes and benefits

XStream Clean offers two operating modes: ECO and MAX. In ECO mode, part of the flow is directed through the separator, which saves energy with lower loads. In MAX mode, the entire flow passes through the separator, guaranteeing maximum cleaning efficiency during intensive operation.
