Water heater for demanding applications

The LEO XL2 water heater is an efficient heating device designed for heating industrial facilities, production halls, warehouses, workshops and other spaces requiring quick and effective temperature increase. It provides a wide range of heating power - from 6.6 to 94.0 kW - and adjustable air flow at three levels (2900/4600/5800 m³/h), allowing for precise adjustment to the needs of a specific facility.

Construction and characteristic features

The device is distinguished by a lightweight and durable housing made of EPP polypropylene foam, which facilitates installation - even by one person. The use of EPP also provides good thermal insulation and resistance to mechanical damage. The LEO XL2 heater is powered by 230 V/50 Hz voltage with a maximum current draw of 2.3 A. An important aspect is the confirmation of the device parameters by an accredited research laboratory, which guarantees its reliability and efficiency.

Application and benefits

The LEO XL2 heater can operate as a standalone device or as part of an integrated FLOWAIR system, controlled by a T-box controller with a touch screen. This allows for remote control of multiple devices from one location. The device is also compatible with heat pumps (HP ready version), making it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly solution. The ability to cooperate with heat pumps allows the use of a low-temperature heating medium (60-40°C). Additionally, the heater has the possibility of mounting at various angles to vertical and horizontal partitions, which increases installation flexibility. The energy-saving 3-speed fan allows for optimization of energy consumption and adjustment of performance to current heating needs.
