This adapter is designed for connecting pipes with non-circular outer geometries, ensuring a tight and durable connection. It consists of an inner stainless steel sleeve, sealing EPDM cuffs, and a spreading wedge, also made of stainless steel. Construction and principle of operation

The key to the effectiveness of this adapter is its construction. After being seated in the pipe, the stainless steel sleeve, secured with an EPDM cuff, expands under the influence of the spreading wedge. Several annularly mounted sealing ribs ensure a perfect fit to the inner wall of the pipe and a tight connection. Then, a VPC® flexible connector is attached to the other end of the adapter, which is responsible for the flexibility and compensation of stresses in the installation.
