Flexible connection of different materials and diameters

The Funke VPC flexible connector is a reliable solution for connecting sewer pipes made of various materials – cast iron, PP, PE, PVC, stoneware, concrete, GRP and others. It allows connecting pipes with different geometries (smooth, corrugated or ribbed) and different outer diameters. This is particularly useful during repairs, modernization or expansion of sewer networks, where pipes made in different technologies are often found.

The VPC connector consists of an elastomeric sealing sleeve, a positioning basket made of plastic and two steel alloy straps. This design ensures not only a tight connection, but also the ability to compensate for small displacements and irregularities, which minimizes the risk of leaks and damage. The sealing sleeve made of EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber) has a double sealing profile in accordance with PN-EN 1610, guaranteeing long-lasting and reliable protection against leaks.
