Layered storage tanks – an effective solution for your heating system

The MULTI-INOX layered storage tank with a capacity of 1000 liters is a versatile device designed to work with various heat sources, such as wood, pellet, gas or oil boilers. It is an ideal buffer for the central heating system, and also provides access to domestic hot water. The tank design allows for efficient use of solar energy, especially during transitional periods and sunny winter days, reducing operating costs.

Construction and advantages

A key element of the tank is the SPIRAFLEX stainless steel coil, which guarantees hygienic preparation of domestic hot water. Its spiral corrugated construction provides a large heat exchange surface and self-cleaning from limescale deposits under pressure. Additionally, the tank is equipped with two spiral coils and one inox coil for DHW, which allows connecting additional heat sources (e.g., solar collectors) and increases the flexibility of the heating system. Insulation made of removable polyurethane foam with a thickness of 100 mm minimizes heat loss and facilitates the installation and servicing of the device. The lack of the need to use a magnesium anode eliminates the problem of its replacement and reduces operating costs.

Thanks to the layered arrangement of hot water storage, it is possible to obtain an optimal temperature in individual parts of the installation, which translates into energy savings and comfort of use. Turbulent water flow in the exchanger prevents the development of Legionella bacteria, ensuring safe use. The universal design of the tank allows its use in small and large heating systems.
