The SGWS NEPTUN2 Kombi Elektronik DHW heat exchanger is a versatile device that works well in installations powered by a central heating boiler or an electric heater. Its compact dimensions – only 48 cm in diameter – allow for installation even in limited boiler room space. A capacity of 120 liters provides comfortable use for a household.

Construction and functionality

This wall-mounted heat exchanger features a spiral coil with a large surface area, which translates to fast and efficient water heating. The ability to connect the coil from both the right and left sides simplifies integration with the existing central heating installation. In addition, the LED display on the Elektronik controller allows for precise temperature control and monitoring of the device's operation. An electric heater provides an alternative heat source, ensuring independence from the central heating boiler, as well as the possibility of heating water during periods of interruption in district heating supply.

Durability and corrosion protection

The tank of the heat exchanger is made of steel and coated with a specially fired EXTRA GLASS® ceramic enamel, which provides high corrosion resistance and hygienic use. Additional protection is provided by a replaceable magnesium anode, which protects the tank and electric heater from galvanic corrosion. Insulation made of dense polyurethane foam minimizes heat loss, reducing operating costs and maintaining water temperature for a long time. Energy efficiency class C indicates reasonable energy consumption during operation.
