Gas detector – reliable protection and atmosphere control

The WG-28.EGx gas detector is an autonomous device designed for continuous monitoring of carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations in enclosed spaces. Its purpose is to ensure safety by early detection of dangerous levels of these gases, which is particularly important in places where they may occur, such as garages, boiler rooms, or rooms with refrigeration equipment.

Construction and functionality

The device combines the functions of a gas detector, power supply, control unit and alarm siren – all enclosed in one solid and splash-proof housing (IP54). This makes installation quick and easy, and the whole looks aesthetically pleasing. The detector is equipped with three programmable NO contact outputs, which allow connection of external alarm devices or ventilation systems. The possibility of connecting an external 12V=/80mA siren further increases the effectiveness of warning. The built-in microprocessor ensures reliable operation, temperature compensation and automatic diagnostics.

Additionally, the possibility of remote monitoring via contact outputs allows integration with BMS or building automation systems. 230V power supply ensures convenience and eliminates the need to replace batteries.
