This Geberit Duofix concealed mounting frame guarantees a stable and durable installation of the washbasin, especially when combined with a freestanding mixer. Designed for easy installation and subsequent use, it is suitable for both new construction and renovations. The construction has been carefully thought out to provide convenience for both the installer and the end user.

Construction and installation – stability and flexibility

The frame is characterized by a self-supporting structure made of steel profile, protected against corrosion by a powder coating. This translates to longevity and moisture resistance, which is crucial in bathroom conditions. The pull-out sheet metal facilitates mounting to walls made of various materials – both metal, wood, and Geberit Duofix structural elements. Rotatable feet allow for precise adjustment to U UW 50 and UW 75 profiles, and the ability to mount in the system rail without tools significantly speeds up work. The mounting legs are galvanized, which further protects against corrosion and provides anti-slip properties.

Functionality tailored to needs

The frame offers a wide range of washbasin mounting height adjustments – from 5 to 38 cm. Threaded rods with adjustable depth (18 or 28 cm) ensure a perfect fit for different washbasin models. Additionally, the adjustable drain elbow mounting with acoustic insulation minimizes the noise of flowing water. The tap crossbar is also adjustable – both vertically and horizontally – making it easier to precisely position the freestanding mixer. The set includes elements necessary for complete installation: two connection elbows Rp 1/2" / R 1/2" type MF, insulating washers, insulating sleeves, and a 50 mm PE-HD connection elbow with a seal.
