Toilet frame – a reliable foundation for sanitary installation

This Geberit Kombifix Basic concealed mounting frame is a solid solution for both professionals and end users. Designed for installation in load-bearing walls, it provides a stable base for wall-hung toilets. Its versatility makes it suitable for various types of bathrooms, and its well-thought-out design facilitates installation and subsequent servicing.

Construction and functionality

The frame is equipped with a galvanized frame, which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Four mounting pads ensure stable anchoring in the wall, and adjustable height allows for adaptation to individual needs. The set includes a Delta concealed cistern with a capacity of 12 cm, operated from the front, which facilitates access and maintenance. The cistern has anti-condensation insulation, eliminating the problem of water condensation. Additionally, a shut-off valve ensures the safety of the installation and allows for easy disconnection of the water supply if necessary.

Worth knowing: The cistern is designed to allow immediate re-flushing after the first – this is a convenient solution that saves time and water.

Application and compatibility

The Geberit Kombifix Basic frame is intended for installation with toilet bowls with a hole spacing of 18 cm or 23 cm (according to EN 33:2011). The ability to connect the hose to the angle valve without tools significantly speeds up the installation process. A protective tube allows for quick connection of water to Geberit AquaClean washdown toilets and toilet flushing systems. The frame is compatible with both pneumatic and electric drives, offering flexibility in the choice of flushing system. The water connection can be made from the back or at the top in the middle – the choice is up to the installer.

For installers: The frame allows easy connection of the electrical connection, which is important when choosing advanced toilet models with additional functions.

For users: The ability to adjust the amount of flushing water (factory set to 6/3 l) allows you to adapt water consumption to individual needs and care for the environment.
