Oblique Tee for HDPE sewage installations

PEHD Tee with a diameter of 63×56 mm at an angle of 45° designed for creating branches in wastewater disposal installations. Made of PE-80 polyethylene in black color.

Construction and technical parameters

The element is made of PE-80 polyethylene, which is characterized by high tensile strength and resistance to aggressive media. The tee has a wall thickness of 3 mm in all connections, guaranteeing structural stability and resistance to deformation.

The main connection with an outer diameter of 63 mm has a length of 65 mm, while the side connection with a diameter of 56 mm has a length of 130 mm. The oblique fitting at an angle of 45° allows for smooth conduit routing and minimizes medium flow resistance.

All connections are made as spigot ends, ensuring leak-proof and durable connections using butt welding or electrofusion methods.

Application and system compatibility

The Geberit HDPE sewage system is used for wastewater disposal from residential and commercial buildings, as well as in industrial installations and commercial and laboratory facilities.

The element can be installed in both gravity roof drainage systems and vacuum systems. It is also effective for site drainage and laying installations in soil or concrete.

Chemical resistance and operating conditions

The fitting exhibits high resistance to UV radiation and approximately 95% of standard alkalis, acids, and chemicals, enabling use in aggressive industrial environments. The material maintains its mechanical properties even in the presence of shocks, drops, or impacts - it does not crack or undergo permanent deformation.

Thanks to special UV-protective additives, the element can be stored outdoors for many months without the risk of material degradation.
