The Geberit Duofix concealed frame is a high-end installation system designed for demanding applications in lightweight partitions. The design, based on a self-supporting static steel frame, ensures maximum stability and durability of the entire system.

Top-quality construction and connection system

The foundation of the construction is a self-supporting static frame made of steel and protected against corrosion with a characteristic blue Geberit powder coating. The frame features ø9mm pre-drilled holes, allowing for secure fastening in wooden structures.

Galvanized mounting legs are a key element of the entire structure's stability. They are equipped with a self-locking function and anti-slip bases, guaranteeing secure placement on any type of substrate. The legs offer position adjustment in the range of 0-20 cm, allowing for precise adaptation to construction conditions.

The swivel feet are specially designed for installation in U profiles UW 50 and UW 75, as well as directly into Geberit Duofix system rails. Installation is performed without the use of tools or additional components, significantly accelerating the installation process.

The central element is a universal mounting box designed for Geberit flush valves for urinals. The box contains a terminal block for the electrical connection, enabling integration with modern control systems.

The water system utilizes MasterFix and MeplaFix connections, which are mounted without tools thanks to an innovative quick-connect system. The water inlet is located on the right side of the mounting box, facilitating the routing of the hydraulic installation.

The set includes an R1/2" connection elbow, which can be installed without tools, and a shut-off valve with a compression fitting, factory-installed to ensure system tightness from the first startup.

Operating parameters and hydraulic performance

The system operates within a pressure range of 100-800 kPa, making it compatible with most domestic and commercial installations. The maximum test pressure is 1600 kPa, guaranteeing safe operation even under extreme loads.

Hydraulic performance has been precisely defined: at a pressure of 1 bar, it reaches 0.3 l/s without a flow limiter or 0.18 l/s with a flow limiter. The maximum operating temperature is 30°C, which protects rubber elements from premature aging.

Versatility of applications and system compatibility

The element was developed as a universal system for various installation configurations. It works effectively in both metal and wooden stud walls, as well as in all types of Geberit Duofix system partitions.

Installation is possible in both partial-height partitions and full-height room partitions (up to floor layers of 25cm). The system supports all popular Geberit urinal series: Preda, Selva, Tamina, or Narva.

For specialized applications, the possibility of adaptation to urinals equipped with a spray head is provided via an additional inlet traverse (art. no. 242042001), sold separately as an optional accessory.

All necessary elements are supplied in the standard set: R1/2" connection elbow, inspection opening protective cover with plug, ø32mm urinal inlet nipple with seal, and a PE-HD ø63/50mm waste elbow.
