The Gebo DSK 3" repair clamp is an effective solution for repairing damaged sections of steel pipes, without the need for complicated work such as cutting, welding or threading. It is ideal for emergency situations, allowing for quick and durable sealing of leaks caused by corrosion, cracks, mechanical damage, or even the effects of frost. The DSK clamp is made of durable ductile iron, which guarantees its long-term reliability even in difficult conditions. Inside the clamp there is an EPDM gasket, which ensures excellent adhesion and sealing of the connection, even with minor material loss from the pipe. This ensures a secure and resistant connection to external factors. The wide range of available clamp sizes allows it to be adapted to different diameters of steel pipes (in this case 3 inches / 88.9 mm), making it a universal tool in the workshop of every installer.

Design and application

The DSK clamp consists of two parts made of ductile iron, tightened with galvanized steel screws with a strength of 8.8. The clamp design ensures an even distribution of pressure on the damaged section of the pipe, which increases the effectiveness of the seal. It can be used in water installations intended for human consumption, confirmed by the Hygiene Certificate B-BK-60210-1123/19.

The clamp finds wide application not only in water supply systems, but also in compressed air installations and other industrial applications. It works well both in the case of minor leaks and more serious damage to steel pipes compliant with DIN EN 10255 and DIN EN 10220 series 1 standards.
