Steel pipe repair without welding or cutting – Gebo DSK 3/8" clamp

Gebo DSK 3/8" repair clamp is a quick and effective solution for sealing damaged sections of steel pipes. It allows for the repair of holes, cracks, corroded areas, and leaks caused, for example, by frost – without the need to cut out a section of the pipe, weld, or thread. This saves time and costs, while ensuring a durable and tight connection.

Design and application

The DSK clamp is made of durable ductile iron, which guarantees its resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion. The set includes an EPDM rubber gasket, which ensures excellent adhesion to the pipe surface, even in the event of minor material loss. The clamp is designed for use with steel pipes with an outer diameter of 17.2 mm (3/8"). It can be used in water installations (up to 60°C at a pressure of 16 bar, up to 90°C at a pressure of 6 bar) and for oil-free compressed air (up to 10 bar). It has a hygiene certificate B.BK.60110.0980.2022, which allows it to be used in water supply installations intended for drinking water.
