PE Pipe Compression Fitting – Solderless Connection

This compression fitting, made of polypropylene (PP), is a simple and effective solution for connecting polyethylene (PE) pipes. It is ideal for both building new installations and expanding existing ones. Using the fitting eliminates the need for welding, which significantly speeds up and simplifies installation, especially in challenging field conditions.

Design and Application

The fitting has a compression ring connection on one side and a tapered BSPT-R (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) external gas thread with a diameter of 1 1/2 inch (40 mm) on the other. This allows for easy and tight connection with other installation elements with threads. Therefore, it finds application in water supply, irrigation, industrial and swimming pool installations. Gebo Plast fittings are available in a wide range of sizes – from 16 mm to 110 mm, where the size corresponds to the outer diameter of the PE pipe.
