Construction and materials – a guarantee of reliability

The fitting is made of high-quality ductile iron (EN-GJMB-350-10, EN 1562), which ensures its strength and corrosion resistance. The clamping rings made of galvanized steel effectively press the pipe, and the sealing ring made of NBR rubber guarantees a tight connection. This combination of materials makes the fitting resistant to high temperatures (up to 80°C for heating water) and pressure (up to 10 bar for water and compressed air). The solid construction translates into a long service life and minimizes the risk of failure.

The QO fitting is distinguished by its ease of installation. The patented system of steel clamping rings enables quick connection of pipes without specialized tools. It can be used in water installations intended for human consumption (has a sanitary certificate from the State Hygiene Institute B-BK-60210-1123/19) and in compressed air installations. It also has a DVGW DW-8511BU0380 certificate and a technical approval AT-15-8495/2016.
